Kansas Governor Jeff Colyer says a bill he signed into law today is an investment in those who serve.
At a ceremony in Topeka, Colyer signed a bill adjusting the state’s college tuition assistance program for active National Guard members. The bill is designed to allow soldiers in the Guard to earn up to 15 college credits per semester at no cost.
