COLORADO SPRINGS – UCCS is using it’s new veterans center to educate incoming student veterans.
2017 is the first year for the ‘PAVE’ program.
PAVE stands for Peer Advisors for Veteran Education.
The support program connects incoming student veterans with student veterans already on campus in order to help them navigate college life, identify challenges and find resource specific to people who have served in the military.
