Gov. Tom Wolf visited Fort Indiantown Gap on Wednesday to tout a proposed PA GI Bill that would allow members of the Pennsylvania National Guard to earn college benefits for their family members. The measure, called the Military Family Education Program, would be the first of its kind in the nation. While Minnesota has a similar benefit limited to spouses only, Pennsylvania’s would be open to guard members’ spouses and children.
