After time overseas, many veterans have trouble adapting to their lives of school and work. Although, continuing their education at Texas Tech is an endeavor they will not face alone.
On campus, there are a variety of resources dedicated to assisting veterans with their college goals.
The Tech Military and Veterans Programs is a department within the Tech Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion that promotes the education and future of military personnel, veterans and their families.
Debra Crosby, director of MVP, said the department was created to help veterans and their families succeed.
