San Antonio Area Gets Transition Center

SAN ANTONIO – Bexar County has allocated $250,000 in the county’s budget for fiscal year 2017-2018 for a new military transition center.

“What it will be spent on is, we have an existing veterans service program that we are state-mandated to do. That already exists here. That will be revamping some of that, and for a new executive director that will come in,” Bexar County Precinct 3 Commissioner Kevin Wolff said.
